Production Description
Qtech-114 is independently developed by Qingdao Shamu International Trade Co., Ltd. It is the state of the art heavy solids, flexible, spray-applied two components aliphatic polyurethane top finish coat, offering outstanding chemical, temperature, permeation, ultra color stability and ultraviolet light resistance. Qtech-114 is a superior coating material formulated specifically for industrial and commercial application receiving constant or intermittent exposure to ultraviolet light. Qtech-114 is designed for application in severe duty environments subject to chemical and ultraviolet light exposure.
Qtech-114 is the optimum choice where a tough, impact resistant, abrasion resistant, anti-corrosion, waterproof, weather resistant and decorative surfacing system which exhibits extraordinary performance characteristics.

• Part A: 100kilogram per drums.
• Part B: 50 kilogram per drums.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean and sound. It may be free of standing water. Remove dust, laitance, grease, curing compounds, and other bond inhibiting contaminants.
Application Conditions
Temperature:
Air and surface: -20°C~40 °C.
At least 3 °C above dew point.
Relative humidity: ≤90%.
Materials must be preheated to 21°C prior to use.
Mixing
Pre-mix each component thoroughly. Place 1 part by volume of component A and 1 part by volume of component B into a clean pail. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes with low speed drill using agitator’s mixer until uniformly blended.
Storage and Transport
1. The A component is affected by moisture and must be protected from moisture contamination. Containers are factory sealed with an inert gas to prevent contamination. Keep all containers tightly closed during storage. For further storage after opening, containers must be purged with nitrogen gas or dry air and tightly sealed to protect from moisture contamination.
2. Store drums and pails in a cold, dry and ventilated location between 15°C and 40°C.
3. Six months in sealed unopened containers.
4. Keep away from fire and heat source.
5. Keep away from rain and sun.
Safety
Read and understand the MSDS provided with all shipments. Always use products with adequate ventilation and use required PPE. For confined space use fresh air supply. For open air, use half face, twin cartridge respirators approved for MDI. Always protect eyes and skin. Strictly adhere to industry safety standards.

2. This product is intended for industrial use by properly trained professional applicators only.
3. Adding a nitrogen blanket is strongly recommended for use on the “A” component for storage after opening.
4. The quality and fitness of the product is depending upon the proper mixture and application of the component by the applicator.
